Hi Brenda

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience during our stay in Perú. Everything went very smoothly and exactly as planned - the guides and drivers were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We especially loved Cusco and probably could have spent a full week there easily! I also loved Ollantaytambo, and of course Machu Picchu is simply breathtaking...photos cannot do it justice (but I included one anyway!). I would most definitely recommend your agency to anyone planning to travel to your beautiful country.

Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!

Brenda,

I have no complaints as your agency was excelent beyond measure. I have shared our experiences with several people as well as shared your website.

If the Lord wills, I will definitely use you again for next year. The only thing that I would like to change is the amount of time that we have in Peru as the 6 days was much too short to really enjoy.

Thank you very much of providing a superior service.

Visiting the South Marvels of Peru | 05 - 2010

Claudia,

We had a wonderful vacation in Peru. I would like to share some of our experiences, to help you continue to plan great trips.
On our arrival at Peru, we were met by Vladamir. We were lucky enough to have him several times. He was excellent and would make a great tour guide. Our Lima guide was Ricorado, who again was very good.
The bus trip to Ica was interesting. We have never seen a bus that served lunch. The Las Dunas resort was beautiful.
Now comes the not so pleasant part. Our guide Marco decided to change our city tour time from 13:00 to 16:30. We saw about half of what was scheduled. When we arrived at the Huacachina Lagoon, it was dark.
The flight over the Nazca Lines was fun. Paul had some excellent pictures. I understand we were supposed to receive a certificate for the flight. If at all possible, we would like to have one for our album.
Arequipa was again interesting. I took along stickers, pencils for the children. I enjoyed passing them out. Our city tour with Norma was ok until she dropped us off at the Santa Catalina convent. She had dismissed the van and herself at that point. She made reservations at a restaurant for us. When we got out of the convent, it was dark(...) Paul took some terrific pictures of the Condors, and we really liked the Reed Islands.
Of course, Machu Pichu was the highlight of our trip. Unless you have seen it in person, it\'s hard to explain the breath taking view. Did you know it is one of the NEW seven wonders of the world?
Think you for your hard work in planning our trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I\'m sending you a few pictures. Let me know if you receive them (...)

Lima, Arequipa, Colca Valley, Puno, Titicaca Lake, Cusco and the Sacred Valley | 03 - 2010

Sharon,

Yes, the trip turned out to be better than we had expected. We still hope to see Macchu Picchu so one day we\'ll go again!

All the hotel services are good and people are very friendly everywhere.  All the tour guides are very good, Elliott in Cusco, Johnnahan in Sacred Valley, the lady the day before Johnnahan I forgot the name, the Titikaka lake and Colca Canyon group tour guides were all very good and professional.  I learnt a lot from them. Oh, the travel by train was also good--view, performance on the train, and the food was the best one we had in Peru.
Sorry I was in a rush to write this and may have some misspellings.  Thank you again for arranging everything and making the trip to Peru a very pleasant one!

Visiting Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Amazon | 03 - 2010

Claudia,

We had an amazing time!  Thank you so much for all your hard work planning our trip.  We especially appreciate your last minute rush to get us up to see Machu Picchu; we know that must have been a challenge.  Many other tourists we met along our trip were surprised that you were able to do that, and we were happy to give them your card for future Peru trip planning.  You were super organized, and we loved our travel packets.

All of the guides who met us along the way were courteous and informative (except for Martin in Cusco; we almost called you to complain about him.)  Overall, we had a fabulous time.  We attached two pictures of us; one at Machu Picchu and one at the lodge in the rainforest.

Thanks again!!

Visiting Nazca Lines, Colca Valley, Machu Picchu, Titicaca Lake and Galapagos | 10 - 2009

Claudia,

Mary and I had a great time despite catching a touch of something (Flu Like).  The people that escorted us were always great and extremely helpful.  They went out of their way to help us get medication for our sickness.  I really like the format of the arrangements and the schedule you developed. The only problem we had was a few times we were not informed of messages that your people left at the hotel.  That only happened once or twice and it didn’t really create any problems.

If I had to redo the trip itinerary, the only thing I would change would be the last full day in Quito.  We hired a private tour to go bird watching and visit a butterfly center and an orchid grower.  We didn’t feel we saw enough birds to justify the full day we spent even though we did enjoy it, but not as much as any of the other days we spent in either Peru or Ecuador.

We will probably visit Chili and possibly Argentina when we next visit South America.  Do you know if there are any companies there that are similar to Trip-Peru that we can work with when we start planning that trip?  Thanks for your help and the great job you did for us. We really appreciate you.

I will send a series of emails with photos attached.  This one will have 5.  If it doesn’t go through due to the size of the photo attachments, I will reduce the number I send with each email.  Best Regards

Tambopata Reserve, Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and Galapagos Islands | 10 - 2009

Hi Claudia
Many thanks for your wishes. We had a great time and enjoyed all our various experiences.

We thought the service was excellent especially Nahomi in Cusco when there was a possibility of our flight being cancelled, she was more worried than us.

We will definitely let you know if we plan to travel to Peru again. We may well do so as we found both the country and the people lovely

Yours truly

Eric and Heidi
